We also assist architects and building designers to prepare Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) for Development Applications with Councils.

Preliminary Planning Advice (PPA) can be undertaken for the purpose of ascertaining whether a proposed subdivision, Construction of an Attached or Detached Dual Occupancy (Duplexes) or Multi-Dwellings Villas (Terraces) development under the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy “Exempt and Complying Development Code 2008”, commonly known as Codes SEPP, CDC application with Private Certifiers.
Preliminary Planning Advice can also be undertaken for any other related purposes, such as finding out if any development idea, or concept design can be supported by your local Council, if such development application (DA) is made to Council, or to provide comments on the design. Preliminary Planning Advice can start with as little as $500 Plus GST. However, will save you time, cost, and future problems.
